JUST LET ME TAKE YOU TO A BETTER PLACE……I’M GONNA MAKE YOU KISS THE SKY TONIGHT……YEAH IF YOU LET ME SHOW THE WAY…..I’M SO EXCITED TO SEE YOU EXCITED. Sorry, I really like that song. A lot. I first heard that song much earlier this year, and quickly became obsessed. So I was elated to finally get to that part of the film, cause I was vibing and living it up. Anyways, after watching the three of these, I think the first one is still my favorite, though this one is second. Although the second film is kind of generic, this one stands out because of all the connections it makes to the history of boy bands. Well, not that much, but it name drops a bunch of popular boy bands, and I was eating it up. I also love the references to Timberlake’s career, and how *NSYNC has a cameo and all that cool stuff. It brings everything full circle. But yeah, the plot is decent enough, but I love how this is borderline meta and the whole thing feels campy but awesome. The cast is good, with performances that are funny but sound repeated from the first two films. Strong animation, a strong soundtrack (which is an improvement from the previous film), and fun characters make the whole thing entertaining and just a fun time. Especially if you love boy bands or pop, you’ll like this more than the others. I would recommend this to all animation/musical fans. This film is officially Berry Approved, so go watch it now!
