Seinfeld
I don’t think it’s a secret that this is one of, if not the most, iconic sitcoms to ever exist. Well, I eventually got around to watching it, and upon completion, I think I can officially say that it completely lives up to the hype. However, I’ll admit that it definitely took me several episodes to get into it. I think it was just getting used to the formatting and humor, but once you settle in, it’s an absolutely hilarious ride until the very end. There’s not a single bad episode, and the comedic genius from Jerry Seinfeld and Larry David really carries the show. Of all the sitcoms I’ve seen, I’d definitely say this is one of the best written. The fun thing is how the actual events of the show are just random occurrences and goofy situations (like most other sitcoms). But the characters are what make this show so special. The way each one is written gives everyone their own standing in the Seinfeld community. Obviously, the core four are incredibly awesome and among the best written and most infamous characters in TV comedy history. The sometimes erratic behavior, oddball decisions, and relationships between them are the foundation of the show. The performances are all Emmy worthy in every single season. Such an outstanding main cast, with some really great minor supporting roles and guest appearances. Overall, it’s one of the best sitcoms I’ve ever seen, and now I can say that I’ve seen it and truly enjoyed it. I would recommend it to all sitcom fans. This show is officially Berry Approved, so go watch it now!
