• Oh gosh, I don’t know where to start with his incredible yet horrendous show. One could consider it unethical and manipulative and traumatic and abusive. I mean, it’s basically those things from a certain standpoint. However, you know what else it is? GOOD QUALITY ENTERTAINMENT. Maybe I’m a bad person for thinking that, but I don’t care. I am an absolute sponge when it comes to drama, and this is one of my favorite shows ever simply because of the drama. I know nothing about dancing, nor do I really care about dancing, but I love watching a bunch of crazy women scream at each other. And that’s exactly what this show is. From a technical and critical aspect, it’s not that great of a show. Both the actual contents of each episode, as well as the behind-the-scenes. I know that the producers encouraged certain behavior and tried to dramatize all the stuff, so there’s that. But again, it’s so entertaining and I ate it all up. And that’s really all there is to review. It’s just your run-of-the-mill reality series, but you can’t deny how iconic it is and all the memes that it’s generated. It’s so memorable yet so horrible. That’s where I’ll leave it. I would probably recommend it if you’re a reality/drama fan. This show is officially Berry Approved, so go watch it now!
